Manage all aspects of litigation cases from initial intake through trial
Coordinate with and maintain relationships with expert witnesses, including scheduling calls and testimony
Maintain and update client extranets as a primary communication tool
Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and document productions
Process incoming documents, including naming, filing, and entering into case management systems
Retrieve and organize documents as requested
Input and track critical information from interrogatories, medical records, military records, and other sources
Assist attorneys in preparing motions, pleadings, and trial exhibits
Manage certified transcripts and trial documentation
Handle large-scale document productions and exhibit organization
Prepare billing summaries and medical summaries
Provide trial support, including participation in trial "war room" setup and coordination
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required
Experience in asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, or personal injury preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willingness to travel and attend trials (local and national)
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
Experience with trial support and war room coordination is a plus
Competitive salary ($85,000 - $105,000 annually)
